For many years, we used CCL4 (tetra, tetracloromethane, carbon tetrachloride) with excellent results. It is the best I know to clean dirty pinch rollers, heads, tape guides... Apply with cotton swab soaked in solvent. Also freon is very good, less agressive to plastic parts. Unfortunately, both are now considered te be hazardous, carcinogen... What should I use to do this? Just looking for advice from the pros. Thanks, Trey
