Donna Munson has referred me to you regarding electronic set up for next week's OpCo meetings on Thursday and Friday, May 5-6.
The meeting on Thursday, May 5 is in the Mumford Room from 8:30 - 5:00 PM. For this meeting, there will need to be Powerpoint application, a projector, screen, and Internet connection.
The same set up will be needed (in duplicate, since the meetings are in different rooms) for the separate BIBCO and CONSER meetings on Friday, May 6 from 8:30 - 3:30 PM. The BIBCO meeting is being held in Dining Room A and the CONSER meeting is being held in the West Dining Room.
