FEDLINK Spring OCLC Users Group Meeting

Join your colleagues, OCLC representatives and FEDLINK staff members for a day-long update on:

* Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR)
* Migration status of WorldCat Resource Sharing in FirstSearch and to Connexion for Cataloging
* Enhancements in OCLC Reference Services and NetLibrary.

The featured speaker of the program is Barbara Tillet, Chief of the Cataloging Policy and Support Office (CPSO) at the Library of Congress. Dr. Tillett, one of three consultants who helped produce the IFLA report on Functional Requirements, will give an overview of FRBR and talk about how this conceptual model can be applied to help users find the materials they need.
