Please join Dialog for a special presentation by Ron Rodrigues, Bs, MLS, which will highlight Dialog's Engineering Content & Applications.   This will be offered live at the FLICC/FEDLINK Training Room at the Library of Congress Adams Building. There will be a webinar via WebEx for those of you outside
of the Washington, DC area on Tuesday, October 18th from 1:30-3:30 p.m.

The Dialog Engineering Content & Applications seminar provides
information on access to the most comprehensive and relevant engineering content collection available electronically. The seminar will cover civil, mechanical and electronic/electric engineering content on Dialog.
It will focus on locating the right database(s) for each discipline
along with example search applications that answer comprehensive or
typical ready reference questions, from electronic and optical
properties of materials and (binary or ternary) phase diagrams,
computational fluid dynamics, structural analysis and computer
simulation. The emphasis will be on research and development, test and evaluation within the U.S. Government. 

 

Ron Rodrigues is a Senior Content Specialist with extensive science and
engineering experience in the government, academic and corporate
sectors.  From 1990 to 1994, Ron was a Dialog Subject Consultant in
Engineering and Defense and we are very pleased that he recently
rejoined Dialog from the private sector.  Ron's publications of interest
