I've made some revisions of the MODS User Guidelines for version 3.1. The previous version didn't reflect the addition of <part> at the <mods> level, so I added this (the change was made in v. 3.1). I also added some examples for some of the other changes that we made for v. 3.1 from 3.0 (e.g. objectPart attribute for language; type attributes for genre and form). There were also some wording changes suggested by a member of the DLF Aquifer metadata group (while developing a MODS profile).
