Hello Martin, I have received a number of CDs in sleeves made of vinyl similar to the one you are investigating. Any flexible plastic sleeves are kept pliant by volatile plasticizers which will migrate over time. Remember the double pocket carriers that Brodart used to sell to libraries-album in one side, disc in heavy sleeve in the other? They stick together very affectionately and cause hazing of the LPs if left undisturbed for several years (as will be the case with the material you have.) David J.
