Pay Banding and Performance-Based Pay

 

Join a discussion with federal agencies that have designed and implemented pay banding systems. Find out what pay banding and performance-based pay plans are, how they work and how they will affect you. Ask questions and obtain guidance from human resources experts on the issues, consid-erations and decisions made to devise a fair and effective program. Begin now to prepare for a successful transition to this new federal pay program. Representative agencies include
