If memory serves, there's some question if that is Khatchaturian conducting. 
I seem to recall it as Gauk or the like, garbled in its US issue(s).  I 
think Les Gerber has this one figured out.   He may not be on this list but 
I'll
send him this response to your inquiry and you guys can take it from there.
