This is by no means straight forward!

The Ethnologue (and 639-3) has "retained" the name Hindustani for =
variants of the language outside the Indian subcontinent: Caribbean =
Hindustani (http://www.ethnologue.com/show_language.asp?code=3DHNS) and =
Fijian Hidustani =
(http://www.ethnologue.com/show_language.asp?code=3DHIF). There is no =
identifier for the "generic macro-language" (or whatever it might be =
called).

Linguasphere has 59-AAF-q ("Hindi+Urdu"), and there mentions =
"Hindustani" in several of the sub-entries.

Best regards,
H=E5vard
