I want to thank Les, John, and Anthony for quickly shepherding my 
Word document into a PDF file. As Janet mentions, there are indeed 
other options, but given that we are all overloaded with work, I 
think PCC/LC made the right choice from a cost-benefit perspective. 
Frankly, I was thinking that very few people would want to browse 
through the document, although I'm quite happy to be wrong on that! I 
think the PCC leadership would be quite amenable to assistance from 
the field from those of you with special expertise, in this case with 
document formatting.
