Music stores sell small (and medium and large as well) "PA amps" which are intended for use in clubs and other places where live music is played. These have anywhere from 4 to 16 or more channels...all with XLR feeds (sometimes with 1/4" jacks on some channels as well). Since XLR's are standard for stage mikes (where there is potential hum all over the place!), the amps used will provide them... Steven C. Barr
