Perhaps members are misled by the RSS feed that OCLC provides us for *bibliographic* maintenance. See: http://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/lcri22_17imp.html Unfortunately, we do not have a reporting mechanism for *authority records* that must be revised to match the personal name heading. It continues to be the case that when one revises a personal name heading, one must remember to revise related name authority records that use the revised heading as a see-also reference or as the base for the heading itself.
