The AMEDD MEDLI-NET (Army Medical Department - Medical Library &
Information Network) is a consortium of 39 biomedical, research,
technical, and academic libraries in the US Army Medical Command
(MEDCOM) and its major subordinate commands.  The MEDCOM Library Program
Office coordinates the centralized purchase of the following databases
and full-text content for desktop and remote access throughout the
AMEDD: Elsevier's MD Consult, Nursing Consult, and First Consult; Gale's
Health & Wellness Resource Center; New England Journal of Medicine; Ovid
Online Web Gateway; Teton Data's Stat!Ref; Thomson's Micromedex; and
UpToDate. Consortium member libraries are also able to supplement these
resources locally by purchasing additional resources as needed.
