Due to my lack of clarity in my
original posting several people misunderstood what I was looking for. Hopefully this will be clearer.
I'm looking for a library which done
a study on replacing all or part of their print subscriptions, and
possibly other parts of their collection, with digital resources
(databases, e-books,etc.), or a library which has actually done so independent
of a study.
