Hello, Trey,

Your problem sounds more like a tape-path issue as the root cause. 
The first thing you need to do is THOROUGHLY clean the machine, but 
the pinch rollers may need replacing.

I don't know who to recommend in the U.S. anymore for Nak Service, 
but I'm sure others will.
