Maria Pisa, Associate Director for Public Services, National Agriculture Library (USDA) will discuss efforts to capture and distribute all articles written by USDA government researchers. Mary Van Allen, Senior Contract Researcher, Research Services Group, Thomson Scientific, will provide examples and ideas on promoting the value of an organization's published research with citation analysis.
