Hi Everyone –

I just wanted to send an e-mail to invite you and your staffs to the
Department of the Interior Library on Thursday, September 6th at 10:00
am for our next DOI Library Training Session, "Introduction to
   CongressDaily."

The National Journal's CongressDaily publication and website (available
to DOI employees through the DOI Library website at
http://library.doi.gov) bills itself as the definitive source for
nonpartisan news and analysis on Congress. Its two daily editions take
readers inside the corridors of the Capitol, providing access to the
conversations, strategies, and alliances that drive congressional
action. CongressDaily does more than just report on what's happening in
Congress today, forward-looking analysis is also included. It gives
readers insight into the people and politics behind key debates,
unparalleled coverage of the budget process, important news from K
Street and the Administration, and critical reporting on how
off-the-Hill developments will impact legislative issues. This program
will be conducted by a CongressDaily trainer.

All that are interested are invited. The DOI Library is located in the
Main Interior Building, located at 1849 C Street, NW, Room 1151 in
Washington. Please contact the Library by phone at (202) 208-5815 or by
e-mail at [log in to unmask] to let us know you will be coming. We hope
   to see you then!
