Join your colleagues for a combined membership meeting and vendor forum.

The morning discussion will feature Karla Hahn of ARL (Association of Research Libraries) and Meg Williams (Library of Congress Office of the General Counsel). Hahn will explain SERU (Serials E-Resources Understanding), an alternative to license agreements between libraries and information providers. Williams will address the question, “Can federal libraries use SERU?”

In the afternoon, a representative from the American Chemical Society will discuss “Trends in the Publishing Industry.”
