Dear Carolyn,
I would like to let you know that I will be there the two days.
Thank you for putting the BIBCO Agenda together and I will see you all soon.

Dear BIBCO community,  On Thursday and Friday, May 1-2, the Operations
Committees of both CONSER and BIBCO will meet at LC.  There are 10
representatives on the BIBCO OpCo.  The meetings are open to other BIBCO
members as well.

In order for us to have sufficient handouts, name tags, etc., it's
helpful to know who plans to attend.  We have been making the
arrangements for the BIBCO/CONSER dinner that is an optional event on
Thursday evening, but can be a chance to explore OpCo and non-OpCo
conversations with entertaining results.  You will see an announcement
about the dinner as well, as we need to have a proper count for the
restaurant by the end of next week.

We will mount the agenda online very soon.  In the meantime, I will
include the draft agenda below. Timing and sequences are subject to
change.   Please excuse any scrambling that happens in transmission, and
let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks very much.
