Heidi: I have taught cataloging and other stuff as an adjunct, and will likely be doing it again sometime soon. I've also developed a "Metadata Standards and Applications" workshop for ALCTS and LC that I'm in the process of updating, which emphasizes concepts that don't generally appear in traditional cataloging courses (but should, in my opinion). It includes a lot of material that is shareable and usable in a variety of contexts, and LC has recently decided that they will distribute it freely instead of by licensing. A wiki sounds like a great idea and I don't know of anything like that at this point.
