Have you taken a look at the EAD 2002 cookbook by Michael Fox? It provides 19 stylesheets for conversion of EAD to HTML. Depending on how your institution encodes EAD and how you would like your finding aids displayed on the Web, you can use one of these or modify any of them to work for your institution. It can be downloaded here:
