Attached is a list of books available from the Federal Circuit Library. Highlights of this month's listing: Current law index, vol. 1-26 1980- U.S. Supreme Court Reports, Lawyers' Ed., 1st & 2d ed. complete sets in good to excellent condition Encyclopedia of Supreme Court Reports (1909) Military Justice Reporter, entire run to present U.S. Court of Military Appeals Reports, complete set Scott & Beaman index analysis of U.S. statutes, 1789-1873 (1911) A Directory listing every Federal employee in the U.S., from 1920 (cover is mostly shot) Old editions of the Library of Congress treatise on the Constitution U.S. App. D.C., vols. 1-73 and many, many more! We are willing to break up sets, but will give precedence to requests for complete sets. The receiving library should expect to pay postage, but we will send small shipments of a few volumes at our own expense. Please let me know of your interest by January 28th, 2009. John D.
