"Laura Foy is a librarian with 17 years of research and project management experience in the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. She is a hard working, detailed oriented librarian eager to contribute her skills and experience to public policy efforts. She has extensive research and project  management experience in her field.  In her most recent position with a healthcare trade association, Healthcare Financial Management, She built and maintained the association's library. She also created and implemented the association's taxonomy for their new content management system, which facilitated search retrieval. She organized the content on the web site, and enhanced the navigation menu.  Laura was an embedded researcher for several association reports on healthcare reform. She led the development and execution of a knowledge management database of subject matter experts, allowing the publications and education staff to locate speakers and authors more efficiently."
