Dear AT users and other interested folks,

 

The AT Project Team is very pleased to announce the public release of
version 1.5.9 of the Archivists' ToolkitTM (AT), an open source
collection management / metadata authority application funded by the
Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.  This release is a maintenance release
which primarily fixes several bugs discovered in AT version 1.5
distributed last November.  

 

New features added to AT 1.5.9 include:

*         Improved usability

*         Improved style sheets for PDF and HTML rendering of EAD

*         New process for cancelling from a record

*         Improved record locking

*         Constraining order of names and subjects in EAD export to that
in AT record

*         Ability for users to setup and use multiple database profiles
within the AT

 

AT 1.5.9 can be downloaded from:

Since the AT 1.5 release last November, the AT project team, with the
assistance of many AT users, has identified and fixed several bugs.  A
complete list of the bugs fixed and improvements made is contained in
the Release Notes available in the AT application folder for version
1.5.9.  

 

All bug descriptions and actions for the duration of the AT project and
for all released versions can be viewed at:
https://jira.nyu.edu:8443/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa.  AT users can
report new bugs and request improvements to the application via the same
tool or, preferably, by using the bug reporting function within the AT
application.
