The bib context set (http://www.loc.gov/standards/sru/resources/bib-context-set.html) and profile (http://www.loc.gov/standards/sru/resources/cql-bibliographic-profile.html) have now been conferred official versions, both 1.0.   The current OASIS work may result in changes, which may result in  version(s) 1.1.

There is a note on the Context Set page (http://www.loc.gov/standards/sru/resources/context-sets.html )
"Note: the Bath context set will be depricated when the bib context set is complete. "  That's based on a decision from an SRU meeting a few years ago.

The bath set  (http://www.loc.gov/standards/sru/resources/bath-context-set.html) cannot be depricated now (I'm quite sure nobody would disagree), if ever.  The note should probably have said "will be depricated when the bib context set becomes widely implemented".  Even then though, there will remain legacy implementations of bath.  So I propose to remove the note and we can revisit the issue later.
