·         Search functionality - general layout, cross-references, scope, and subject/title configurations. ·         Other Features - dynamic table functionality, interactive world atlas, flash animations, videos, and audio files.

·         Credo Reference Administrative System - combining new customization features, content selection, usage stats, Marc Records, and more.

·         Promoting Capabilities - MARC Records, title/subject linking, user guides, etc.  Credo Reference customers and some effective promoting techniques.
