DISREGARD the ARSCLIST auto-replies suggesting that posts were "rejected!"
This seems to be a problem with ARSC's list program...ANYONE posting to
ARSCLIST will receive a message telling them that the post was "rejected,"
but
the supposedly-rejected messages will be distributed on the list!

I have no idea whether they CAN'T fix this problem...or just don't want
to bother with it...?!
