The Outreach Committee of the Association for Recorded Sound Collections (ARSC) posts the following message. --- SAVE THE DATES: 2010 ARSC CONFERENCE, NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA --- The 44th annual ARSC Conference will be held at the Chateau Bourbon, 800 Iberville Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, May 19-22, 2010. The Chateau Bourbon is located in the historic French Quarter. Nearby points of interest include the National D-Day Museum, the Historic New Orleans Collection, Audubon Zoo, and Preservation Hall. A block of rooms has been reserved at the special conference rate of $129, single or double. For those who require additional information for budgetary purposes, please refer to the 2009 conference webpage (http://www.arsc-audio.org/conference/2009/). We anticipate that fees for 2010 will be equivalent.
