COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES PROPOSE REGULATIONS GOVERNING RATES FOR USE OF EPHEMERAL RECORDINGS STATUTORY LICENSE FOR 2007 THROUGH 2012 (74 FR 66601).

The Copyright Royalty Judges are publishing for comment proposed regulations governing the rates for the use by preexisting satellite digital audio radio services of the ephemeral recordings statutory license under section 112(e) of the Copyright Act for 2007 through 2012.
