Dear colleagues, This e-mail is just to share a new EAD-based site recently published in Spain. The site is the description of a personal fond of one of the most relevant Spanish civil engineers, Carlos Fernández Casado. The conversion process from legacy finding aids and the technical infrastructure for its maintenance is the result of a collaboration project between the archival institution (CEHOPU) and a team of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid led by Prof. Ricardo Eito-Brun. The first version of the site is available at: http://www.cehopu.cedex.es/cfc/cfcindex.htm We would be interested in contacting with colleagues working on engineering-related archives to share information and experiences on the use of EAD and identify collaboration opportunities with other archival institutions and universities.
