FLICC Mentor/Coach Training Sessions
April 15, 2010 (The day after the Computers and Libraries conference)
Two identical sessions available:  9:30 - 12:00 or 1:30 - 4:00

The FLICC Human Resources Working Group is inviting all seasoned federal librarians to volunteer to become a Mentor, Coach or both.   To kick off this program, the working group is offering two free training sessions on becoming a mentor or coach for current and future federal librarians. 
These guided and interactive workshops will cover:
o   characteristics of mentors and coaches, 
o   best practices, 
o   lessons learned, 
o   tips and guidelines, 
o   helpful resources. 
Two sessions will be held April 15 in the FLICC Conference Room at the Library of Congress Adams Building.  Choose either the 9:30 - 12:00 or 1:30 - 4:00 session and please indicate which session you plan to attend when you register.  (Additional sessions will be offered in the future.)

These sessions will also be Web broadcast.  The participate via Elluminate, please send email to [log in to unmask] for information on joining the session.  Webcast requests must be received by April 12.
