Network Bulletin No.: 10-09 Date: March 12, 2010 Subject: Surveys Index term: 2010 Annual Network Survey and the Network Library Database NLS is soliciting updated library information for inclusion in the 2010 edition o Library Resources for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. (The 2010 edition will contain FY09 statistics.) Instructions for completing the annual survey, which__ must be submitted no later than April 15, 2010,__ can be found in the Network Library Manual at www.loc.gov/nls/nlm/9_2_2_AnnualSurvey.html. It is particularly important to update your library's budget, staffing, collections, and other services screens. You should also add or delete collection categories or staff positions as appropriate. Please input all numbers without commas or dollar signs. Finally, please review your contact information in the database often to ensure that your mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail and web site addresses are current.
