Apologies if this has already been discussed on the list; I did my best to search archived messages. Lately I have begun to see a handful of PCC encl:blank records that use the copyright symbol ©, instead of transcribing it as "c" per the examples in AACR2 1.4F6 and the associated LCRIs. (See, for example, OCLC #537215650, Learning our lesson / Fabrice Hénard.) Is this a new practice that PCC libraries have adopted, and if so where is it documented?

Thank you,

Ben
