Dear colleagues,

There is a mistake in my e-mail yesterday, really I wanted to say is it:

When we validate a file we get the following error message (with PIM tools):

Document is well-formed
Document is valid
Document does not conform to PREMIS in METS best practice:
line 2, element mets: There must be PREMIS elements inside the METS container.
We read "PREMIS in METS best practice" and we see http://www.loc.gov/standards/mets/METSPrimerRevised.pdf, and http://www.loc.gov/standards/premis/ but we don't know what we do wrong.

This is the line 2:

<mets:mets xmlns:mets="http://www.loc.gov/METS/" xmlns:mods="http://www.loc.gov/mods/v3" xmlns:rts="http://cosimo.stanford.edu/sdr/metsrights/" xmlns:mix="http://www.loc.gov/mix/" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.loc.gov/METS/ http://www.loc.gov/standards/mets/mets.xsd http://cosimo.stanford.edu/sdr/metsrights/ http://cosimo.stanford.edu/sdr/metsrights.xsd http://www.loc.gov/mods/v3 http://www.loc.gov/standards/mods/v3/mods-3-1.xsd http://www.loc.gov/mix/ http://www.loc.gov/standards/mix/mix.xsd" xmlns:premis="http://www.loc.gov/standards/premis/v2/premis-v2-0.xsd" OBJID="/xmlui/handle/10396/3540" LABEL="3540">

Please, any help?

We need this file corrected for the implementation in our intitutional repository (Helvia) with dspace 1.6 as soon as posible.

Thanks you in advanced.
