cross-posting. Here is an update on the arrangements for Jocelyn. Thank you for
your calls, emails and expressions of sympathy which I will share with her

Jocelyn Rankin, PhD, founding
Director of the Mercer Medical Library & LRC and GaIN (Georgia Interactive
Network for Medical Information), Professor Emeritus of the Mercer School of
Medicine, and Chief of the CDC Information Center, passed away Sunday,
September 19, 2010 in Port St. Joe, FL. Family and friends will gather next
Monday, September 27, at 2 PM in Macon at Newton Chapel on the Mercer campus
for a memorial service followed by a reception at the Lee Alumni House from
2:30 until 4:30 PM. Her obituary will be published online tomorrow at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/macon/
