I have no reluctance at all in creating or using
undifferentiated names (code b), if I am unable to differentiate the name in
standard ways. As far as I know it is totally acceptable within name authority
and NACO practice and need not be frowned upon. I prefer not to use
phrases, titles, disciplines, institutions, etc. that I do not feel are
appropriate qualifiers.
