Hi again Lian, There is also a lot of information on the PREMIS site http://www.loc.gov/standards/premis/ including references for the PREMIS in METS toolkit which can be used to incorporate PREMIS in METS. So once you have gotten your JHOVE output into PREMIS then you can easily put it into METS using these tools. Having just looked in the tools section http://www.loc.gov/standards/premis/tools_for_premis.php there are other tools that map from JHOVE to PREMIS such as the Echodep tool from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign.
