I am the technical director of the Dartmouth Jewish Sound Archive (

I am very much interested in the topic of digital preservation, this being my unofficial job (I am a full time professor in my official capacity). I was wondering if you had provisions for supporting financially attendees and possibly speakers ( if you are interested in our experience ) to come to your conference.  I understand that funding may not be easy to come by, but our project has survived since 1992 when I started digitizing old Jewish records until 2002 when it first went on line, to now where we have >4000 users worldwide and >26,000 tracks online.  I would love an opportunity to learn as much as there is to know on the subject of digital preservation, but I have no budget for this.  I would be very happy to share my experience at your conference if anyone is interested.
