On behalf of the ArchivesSpace Planning Project* and the University of Illinois Archives, I am conducting a research study to gather and analyze information concerning current practices in implementing open source archival management software, as well as the environment in which a next-generation archival tool will be implemented. In this respect, I would like to request that you complete the survey that is available at http://svarozhich.grainger.uiuc.edu/limesurvey/index.php?sid=34977

Your participation should take no more than 20 minutes and is completely voluntary.

Your participation is important, since it will help shape our planning report and the design of the new tool and services that support it. If you choose to participate, please respond no later than November 14th, 2010.

Sincerely (and with apologies for cross posting),

Chris
