As I mentioned, it went the other way.  The two Maurice Evans 
Shakespeare albums, the abridged Julius Caesar, and Roland Hayes recital 
all started out with glossy photos but later had plain tombstone 
covers.  These are M-303, 340, 325 and 393 respectively.
