Hello!

Really good job!

To improve human readability and documentation processing, I made a
slightly modified version, which I temporarily put on
http://www.acc.umu.se/~saasha/schemata/mads-2-0-draft.xsd which is easily
readable in any standard compliant browser thanks to w3c's transformation
for XML Schema xsd files.

Good! I would suggest to reflect about which elements and attributes are
candidate to translations in instance documents and which ones are not.
Thereafter, we could make use of and take advantage of ITS as described at
http://www.w3.org/TR/its/ in details.

I also wonder why not use xml:id instead of MADS's own ID.

Regards!
