A strategic plan is an essential roadmap for libraries who strive to support their agency’s strategic goals.  With a well-crafted plan, libraries can develop a plan that ensures the library remains valued and essential to both agency and its mission.  In this time of fiscal uncertainty, plans that base their goals and objectives on stakeholder input and are efficiently designed to grow with organizations, are those that can the lead the library to success.

Join your colleagues for this one-day workshop on the basic tools to develop a strategic plan that will integrate your work into the context of your organizations goals.
