For a few years we have had a Preservation metadata tools page up:

Unfortunately it has become a bit out of date.
We would appreciate it if anyone who has an entry would update it.
We also would like others who have preservation metadata tools to submit an entry. These include tools that aren't strictly implementing the PREMIS XML schema, but support preservation metadata that can be translated to PREMIS semantic units.
