SUBJECT: Machine repair parts
Forms to order digital and cassette player repair parts are now available. Each player has a separate order form that lists available parts. Log in to the Web Ordering and Warehousing (WOW) site through the Network Library Services website (https://wwws.loc.gov/pics/) and choose Selected Forms. Under NLS Parts Orders you may select digital- or cassette-machine parts.
Questions regarding machine repair should be directed to Kevin Watson ([log in to unmask]), equipment repair officer, or John Brown ([log in to unmask]), head, Engineering Section.
