Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that 23 basic ordering agreements have been awarded for preservation services.  The BOAs are effective immediately for FY 2011, and have up to four option years.  To see the RFP, please go to https://www.fbo.gov/spg/LOC/CS/FEDLINKCS/LCFDL11R7900/listing.html.

FEDLINK members may purchase a variety of preservation and digitization services for library and archival materials under these BOAs, including conservation treatment, digital conversion and related services (e.g., digital library software, creation of metadata, etc.), microfilming, duplication of photographic materials, and consultation and training.  If you have a requirement for preservation services and intend to use FY2011 funds, please contact me immediately to discuss their procurement.
