At least for my own amusement, I drew up a list of the records in our copy of the LC/NACO authority file with 008/32="b" where the 100 field contains subfield $b, $c, $d and/or $q. (Omitting, for this purpose, name/title headings.) There are 1345 of them. While no doubt most of these are correctly coded (and so might serve as interesting examples), a quick glance reveals that the 008/32 code in some is obviously incorrect. (Here's one example: nr2007012213.) If anyone wants to make a project of checking each and re-coding where necessary, please let me know and I'll send the list along Gary L.
