I've used the High Value division of S&M a half dozen times: http://smmoving.com/electronics-transportation/
.

I'd rather pay more for shipping than pay for expensive, time
consuming (and wasteful) packing. Air ride moving vans are what make
this work. Even with FedEx that last leg of the journey to your
loading dock is likely in a van with spring suspension with your boxes
getting rattled around. I've used climate controlled vans but it's
about $1/mile extra and is probably not necessary unless you are
shipping in the middle of summer. Contact me offlist if you have
questions or want details.
