We're evaluating options for transporting a collection of opera recordings (5,000 78s and 1,500 LPs) from New York to Kansas. 1) Can anyone recommend transport companies that might be qualified to do this job? 2) What special transport requirements might we consider specifying, such as temperature controls for example? 3) I've never arranged to transport recordings so any other advice would be most welcomed.
