Hi Richard-thanks for that info. I find that I have any number of gizmos with user replaceable fuses. I'd guess that these also have permanently installed internal fuses. I did place a fuse with exactly the same rating as the original. During the repair, I accidentally broke a connection to the AM antenna, and couldn't find where the broken wire went, so at the moment my Bose wave radio only supplies FM.
