I'm pleased that everyone is looking forward to the conference in Rochester. The ARSC program committee, Local Arrangements Committee, and Education & Training Committee, among others, are working hard to finalize arrangements. We hope to have the hotel registration link active within a couple of weeks, and will be updating the website to include registration and preliminary program information by the end of February. I will notify the list as soon as various links on the conference webpage are activated. We work very hard to hold down costs, and as a result the annual ARSC conference is an incredible bargain - far less expensive than other professional conferences. We anticipate that registration rates will be very similar to last year's rates, which are available here: http://www.arsc-audio.org/conference/2011/index.html. The hotel rate this year will be $123 single/double, with free parking and free internet access!! We are also planning to add a roomshare/rideshare link to make it easier for people to stretch their budgets by sharing hotel rooms and carpooling.
